Site Evaluation

 An accurate survey of the site area is needed before any design work can take place. A complete survey would show the house, boundaries, existing features both natural and man-made, and their elevations in relation to each other.

In some locations, existing wetland conditions that might make a suitable site for a natural pool could be in question. If you have space and the appropriate conditions to build a traditional “technology free” pond , we can assist you with Massachusetts environmental regulations regarding the Wetland Protection Act and other DEP compliance procedures to determine the feasibility of the project. It is our goal to complete your project cost effectively, while ensuring a minimal impact on the biotic community of which it is to become a part.
